In 1983, Hart Tool Co., Inc. launched in Los Angeles, California with a product line consisting solely of framing hammers. The original HART hammer line was created for framers, by framers. From the beginning, the HART brand has set itself apart from the competition by providing unique combinations of head and arm shapes, saving center line balance. In 2019, the HART brand evolved to make its mark on the consumer space, providing its customers with two growing 20V and 40V power tool system platforms that allow users to freely tackle DIY and lawn maintenance projects without the frustration of cords, gas, or other old-school power tool standards. Babacar Diop

Babacar is a graduate from University of Vermont. He began his career with TTI in 2012 as a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Boston, MA. Babacar is a member of the Leadership Development Program and found his passion for developing people early on. He became a Territory Manager in New England, where he had the opportunity to train, develop, recruit and lead a team. He then relocated to Anderson, SC to support the field reps on a national level as a Field Sales Operations Manager. His journey of supporting the development of our people did not stop there. He relocated to Brookfield, WI to become a Sales & Product Trainer where he led and developed training for our entry-level employees. As he coached on selling skills, presentation skills, product knowledge and application skills, he grew fond of the product development lifecycle. He grew into many leadership roles within training before taking on a role in product management in 2018. After about two years, a position to lead the training department became available and Babacar seized this opportunity! He currently leads our TTI Training Team out of the Brookfield, WI office.
