About the Program

Being in the ELDP can provide engineers with an additional "tool in their toolbox.” There are various career paths one may choose from TTI; A technical or management Engineer track.

Participants in our program get the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills through comprehensive trainings, enhance their social networks, and build lasting relationships with their mentors.

Greenville/Anderson, SC

Our Power Equipment office is located in Anderson, SC, ten minutes outside of Greenville, SC. Greenville is rated by U.S. News as being #38 on the list of best places to live. Greenville made it on the list because it is a place with good value, a desirable place to live, has a strong job market, and has a high quality of life. The city center is home to theaters, concert venues, specialty shops boutiques, more than 1,000 restaurants, several minor league sports teams, the Swamp Rabbit system of multiuse recreational trails, and much more!

Giving Back

Throughout the years, we continue to support programs that improve livelihoods in our communities. In 2021, we participated in volunteer initiatives that addressed good health and wellbeing, human rights and poverty alleviation, infrastructure development, and the reduction of inequality. Our community initiatives involved collaboration with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), providing them financial support, the donation of tools, and employee volunteering. While participation is voluntary, we are building upon strong support in both time and financial contributions from our leadership and employees.
