These projects teach the Interns about our business and allow them to be a part of our fast-paced teams with ample learning opportunities.

Internship Paths
Our internship programs are offered at each of our business units located across the nation. Interns are given the choice to explore sales, management, marketing, finance, product development, or operations on their career journey. Each program offers hands-on experience while providing guidance to develop our Interns' leadership skills in real time. Depending on their graduation date, Interns may be invited for full-time employment after graduating or invited back to participate in a second year summer internship.

Our Sales & Marketing Internship is a paid summer program offered in multiple locations Nationwide. Interns will be based in one of our Retail Partners and will learn the importance of product placement & merchandising, our pricing strategy & market positioning, the retail sales process, and relationship building tactics with key customers. Interns will work side-by-side with full time sales representatives and be a part of a team reporting to the Territory Manager of the region. This is real-world, hands-on experience and will provide interns with a clear understanding of the full-time opportunity available upon graduation. This position is a stepping stone into our world class Sales and Marketing Leadership Development Program.

Sales
Interns in sales will assist to oversee product launches in-store and online. They will work to observe the market and analyze product performance post launch. As a sales intern, you will gain first-hand experience in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with product, sales, and marketing to ensure a successful product launch and high sales volume.
Talent (HR)
In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and executing a variety of special projects related to talent development, program management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. As a Talent intern, you will work closely with Human Resources, Talent Development, and various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Supply Chain
As a supply chain intern, you will learn how to place the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This will be taught through a series of strategic activities in demand forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and customer fulfillment. Interns will also have well rounded exposure to cross functional departments and executive level stakeholders.
Marketing
Product – As a product marketing intern, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the product development process from design and delivery. You will work closely with our in-house creative, engineering, channel management, and in-store sales teams.
Brand – From production to sales, you will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and visual brand language for products at hand. You will gain experience in the art and science of visual storytelling, developing your technical understanding of photography and video planning. To grow your marketing acumen, you will partner with the in-store, content, CRM, paid advertising, and social media marketing teams.
Channel – As a channel marketing intern, you will be a part of promotional planning discussions and learn how we strategize and position quarterly promotions. You will gain understanding of forecasting, POS/shipment assumptions, retails, culminating in routine presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. To quantify sales and marketing success, you will work closely with sales, product, brand, and merchandising.
